How It Works
The system initiates with facial recognition at the school gate, verifying students against the registered database. Once authenticated, the automated gate opens. During school hours, geofencing tracks students on campus via their mobile devices. All entry and exit activities are securely time-stamped, and parents receive real-time notifications. Authorized school personnel can access logs and generate reports through the dashboard.
Roles
Admin: Manages system operations, student and parent accounts, monitors activity logs, and generates reports via the dashboard.
Parent: Receives real-time notifications and securely views their child’s attendance and activity through the dedicated app.
Student: Uses the mobile app for secure, contactless entry and exit, with all attendance and activity automatically recorded.
